WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Deposits and Payments: All deposits are non-refundable. For payments made in full within 30 days of your event, they are also non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we offer the following options:

    • We will provide you with a credit that is valid for up to one year from the original event date.

    • This credit can be applied towards any event within the next year.

    • We will honour the complete package you initially booked, including all inclusions, at the original price, provided that your new proposed date is available.

What kind of props are included?

Due to COVID-19, we encourage people to forego physical props and opt for digital props when possible. We have eliminated all props that cannot be sanitized with each session and touch the face. Physical props are always included our Print Booth packages, the choice is yours and what you and your guests are comfortable with. Currently, our props include a selection of fun quality hand held PVC signs.

 
 
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?

We recommend an 10×10’ footprint, including an 8’ height clearance for the backdrop when included in your rental. This is the perfect amount of space for group photos and social distancing between waiting groups.
When props are requested we also require a 4ft table.
If you are working with a smaller space, you might consider our Selfie Booth which requires a mere 1×1’ footprint and stands roughly 5’ tall!

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

November & December are the busiest months for our team. Weekends book way in advance and we only take up-to 4 events per evening. As soon as you know your date request to reserve your photo booth as soon as possible. We recommend before thanksgiving!


CAN I PURCHASE REPRINTS?

You can purchase reprints for $2 at the studio or purchase on our store for a little bit more. You’ll have access to ALL your DIGITAL images. If you would like double prints of all the photos at the event we can do this for $150.
