Add a Roaming Photographer for only $300

Roaming Photography is a great way to catch the spontaneous and candid moments of your event. We will determine if there are any specific moments you want to catch and the roaming event photographer(s) will walk around your event and capture the behind the booth action and candid moments.

All of the photos will be uploaded to a gallery on our website where guests can download the photos for free! We can custom watermark and/or brand these online photos any way you like.

3 hours $300 includes 1 roaming photographer, 150 + photos, custom online gallery

  • SERVICE AGREEMENT This agreement is made between Dang Good Productions inc (hereinafter “DGP”) and the above stated client (hereinafter “Client”).

    Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $250 (per booking) is due at the signing of this Agreement. The deposit shall be applied towards the remaining balance.
    Payment: Client must pay Dang Good Productions inc the remaining portion of the balance no later than 7 days before the event date.
    Cancellations: If you need to re-schedule we can forward your deposit to another event up to one calendar year. Events cancelled within 30 days of the event will result in loss all payments are non-refundable.

    DGP agrees to provide Client, throughout duration of specified time period of contract, the following:
    On-site photo booth host
    Colour or Black & white photo options
    Instant on-site printing (4″x6″ or two 2″x6″)
    Custom photo layout
    Backdrop and props
    Online gallery of all photos within 48 hours
    Free delivery (within the greater Vancouver)

    Client agrees to:
    (1) provide roughly 10x10 ft space within which DGP will operate
    (2) provide a 110 volt electrical outlet for DGP usage during event within 15ft of operating space
    (3) provide a table for the props, a 4 foot table is preferred
    (4) be held responsible for any damages to equipment by client or any of client’s guests.

    DGP agrees to:
    (1) Provide a fully operational photo booth (including all photos) within the rental agreement for no additional charge or fee. Client is aware that onsite maintenance &/or servicing of the photo booth may be required & acknowledges that, as a result, minor delays &/or interruptions in service may be experienced. However, DGP will seek to fulfill the full duration of time contracted herein even in the event of delays/interruptions.
    (2) Provide an onsite attendant to monitor the photo booth, assist guests in using the photo booth & perform any necessary maintenance throughout the time of the event.
    (3) Coordinate set-up & removal of photo booth within designated time frame.

    Other agreements:
    (1) In the event of a mechanical failure or, if for any other reason DGP is unable to operate during part or all of the time contracted the amount charged will be prorated accordingly. The maximum liability held by DGP is to be the return of any payments received. DGP will not be held liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement, the subject matter of this agreement, the services provided under this agreement, or the property where these services are being performed.
    (2) Dang Good Productions retains the Rights to all photos taken, and may post them on our website, blog, advertising, social media, etc.
    (3) Client & DGP agree that client shall procure, at their expense, adequate general liability insurance naming DGP & it’s attendance as additional insured against any & all claims for bodily injury & property damage occurring in, or arising out of DGP performance of this agreement. Client agrees to indemnify & hold DGP harmless from all losses &/or damages incurred as a result of client’s failure to procure adequate insurance pursuant to this provision.
    (4) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between DGP & client with respect to the subject matter & performance of this agreement & supersedes all prior & contemporaneous oral, written & other agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This contract may only be amended in writing signed by DGP & client.

    Waiver of Liability: Client hereby agrees to everything stated above. Cleint also agrees to exempt, release, and hold harmless DGP from any claims, actions, suits, costs, damages or liabilities including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event, property damage, and/or wrongful death, including if caused by negligence on the part of DGP or any of its agents, owners and/or employees.
