how to cut/crop photos

Reminder: Make sure you have tested your session first (otherwise you will not have an event date folder for today’s event)
Crop Steps
Go To Photo Booth Settings
- Click “ADVANCE SETTINGS”
- Go down to OUTPUT Options: and click “SETTINGS”
- Check off
COPY JPEG COPY OF PRINTED OUT TO FOLDER and click “SETTINGS” - Make a new folder inside the event date
- Name the folder “Cropped”
- Select this folder
- Enter your crop numbers provided on the checklist

- Go to printer set-up to adjust your printer margins (numbers provided on the checklist)
Tip: if your photos are not CUTTING in the printer, in printer set-up, go to “set-up printer,” go to the print size dropdown and select “4×6 in split”. - Follow the crop steps above to enter your Crop Settings numbers (numbers provided on the checklist)
Shift your template design with printer margins to eliminate white borders.
Are your 2×6 prints misaligned and not cutting down the center?
Shift your X and Y offset values to get it just right
