Dang Good Booths provides photo booth rental services for events. Details such as duration, setup, and features will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received

Remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the event date (as agreed)

Prices and packages are subject to change without notice until confirmed
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

Cancellations must be made in writing

In the event of cancellation close to the event date, additional fees may apply
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide adequate space and safe conditions for setup

Ensure access to power if required

Be responsible for any damage caused by guests during the event
5. Equipment & Liability

Dang Good Booths is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of equipment

We reserve the right to stop service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate
6. Media Usage

Photos and videos taken during events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes

Clients may request in advance that their content not be used
7. Delays & Force Majeure
Dang Good Booths is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, technical issues, or emergencies.
8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access restricted areas

All content on this site is owned by Dang Good Booths and may not be copied without permission
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g., Calendly, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.
