During this unprecedented time we first and foremost wish for the safety and health of all our clients past, present, and future as we navigate the challenges of COVID-19 together. We want to inform clients of our updated procedures & policies at this time.
Consultations & Meetings:
Based on recommendations from The Public Health Agency of Canada we are refraining from all in-person consultations at this time. That being said we will continue to provide consultations and customer service by email, telephone, and Facetime, or Zoom. We are operating safely from home so feel free to book a complimentary consultation to chat!
Weddings/Events:
Although the retainers placed on photobooth packages are non-refundable, we will reschedule client’s events with no penalty. Existing retainers will be transferred to the new date, so long as the event is re-booked for a date within 365 days of the original date booked. We will honour any 2020 special prices for existing & booked clients, even if clients need to reschedule for 2021.
New Bookings:
For new clients who are booking a wedding for later in 2020, or in 2021, we have added a cancellation clause to our contract which will protect future clients from penalty should The Public Health Agency of Canada extend social distancing recommendations or if borders remain closed.
Props:
We are encouraging clients to forego physical props or switch to digital props when available. We have eliminated props that touch your face and will be hand held pvc signs moving forward. All of our booths are wiped down with sanitizer before and after all events. Hand sanitizer and or disinfectant wipes will be provided at the booth and encourage your guests to use it when handling our props.
Print Orders:
At this time our print labs are open and we are offering purchases of reprints from past events at a discount ($100 limited offer). Any orders placed at this time will be placed in queue and processed once a week when we can safely enter our work studio.
COVID-19 SPEICALS:
For those opting to host virtual events or smaller more intimate celebrations we are also offering both our Virtual Booth and Selfie Booth at a special 50% off rate for this summer only!
We are doing our best to support you and our shared local community, as we do our best to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We believe that if we work together, we will get through this.
