How it works
1. Pick up the phone and your greeting will be heard.
2. After the BEEP, the recording begins.
3. Return the phone back to its cradle and the message is saved.
4. All audio will be converted into a video format with visual soundwaves.
5. We’ll upload them to your Online Audio Gallery to cherish forever!

Select your real wedding day as the rental date for our services. You have the convenience of picking up the equipment the day before and returning it the day after. Simply give us a call to arrange the details.
Record Your Greeting

You can record and re-record your greeting as many times as you’d like. If you change your mind, you can go back and create a new greeting at any time, even after you’ve activated the system to allow guests to begin recording their messages.

The only thing you need at your event is a standard power outlet or extension cord that’s within about 5 feet of your Audio Guestbook. Download one of our printable signs to give your guests simple instructions.

Once we receive your return, your messages are assembled into a downloadable mp3 file that you can listen to for years to come. You will receive an email with a link to your messages typically within a one week after your Audio Guest Book arrives back at our offices.

All your guests have to do is pick up the receiver, listen to the message, record a message after the beep, then hang up. It’s that easy.
Once we get the phone back we will download all the messages and send them to you via a dropbox link for your listening pleasure.
All our phones are shipped, Even local deliveries. But if you book the Audio Guest Book with your photo booth rental you’ll receive $100 off the rental and we will deliver it to your venue!

You can record anything you wish. Make sure to leave a prompt like “leave a message, leave advice, leave your best wishes etc”. Please keep the greeting 10-15 seconds long. You can find some examples of greetings here.
