Responsibilities:
As a Photo Booth Host, your role will include:
– Transporting, setting up, and dismantling Dang Good Booth Photo Activations
– Monitoring on-site operations to ensure a smooth experience for guests
– Maintaining high-quality photo souvenirs
– Engaging with guests and vendors, representing our brand and commitment to exceptional service
– Solving logistical and technical issues as they arise
– Explaining and demonstrating photobooth usage
– Maintaining accurate schedule availability
Requirements:

– Social media experience (Instagram, IG Reels, TikTok)

– MIST HAVE Availability during evenings and weekends
– MUST HAVE Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

What we need:
We are seeking a Graphic Design and Admin Assistant to join our team and provide support in executing successful events. Your main responsibility will be to assist with completion of graphics designs for photo booth templates and marketing collateral.
As a Graphics and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized documentation of all event information, ensuring that it is communicated effectively to our team of hosts, clients and vendors. You will play a key role in maintaining our company’s high standards for aesthetics and design by utilizing your keen eye for modern and clean design.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience with photoshop.
You should have good technical skills in both Windows and Apple based products. In addition, a background in wedding event management is desirable.
As our company manages upwards of 300 events per season, your ability to keep all information up to date and organized will be critical to our success.

Skills Knowledge & Experience
Ability to manage multiple deadlines (we have 300 events)
Comfortable communicating with clients via video and phone chat
Proven track record as a fast learner, demonstrating the ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and information
Showcase exceptional retention skills, quickly absorbing and retaining knowledge necessary for effective job performance.
Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite experience
Student studying graphic design or communication arts
Familiarity with Apple iOS
Experience and familiarity with Windows 10.
Experience with creating content for social media (instagram, tiktok and pinterest)
No task is too great or small for you to tackle. You operate with a ‘solution-driven mentality, coming to the table with suggestions and proactively finding opportunities to get around roadblocks.
You are both open to receiving and enjoy giving constructive feedback.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player, some remote work from home tasks available
When you’d work:
Office Hours: Hybrid of 2 days in office, 2 Days at events Tuesday-Friday 10:30AM-6PM and some evenings and every other weekend at events (including but limited to PR events, marketing events, wedding shows etc. (Note: hours may vary, some remote work may be available)
If you are willing to assist with on-site event hosting this is a bonus and opportunity for more hours.
What you’d do:
Assist with the design of event artwork for photo booth software using adobe photoshop
Online social and web content management for advertising
Scheduling posts for social media calendar (later.com – Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
Photography production assistant and post-editing manipulation
Organizing our digital file system and event media
Continuously improve administrative systems, studio productivity and processes for efficiencies, and keep procedures up-to-date and well-documented, ensuring they are communicated proactively to managers, contractors and clients
Develop, organize and maintain contact lists of potential vendor partners with venues, planners and DJs
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Must have a keen attention to detail at all times. (especially for scheduling and doing emails)
Prepare all equipment each week prior to dispatching for events
Checking all the returned equipment
What you have:
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Experience with Adobe photoshop
Bonus: a degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field
Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or other similar software
Strong design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory and composition
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
Previous work experience as a graphic designer or assistant in a similar role
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Time-management and organization skills to meet deadlines and manage project timelines
Continuous learning and willingness to stay up to date with the latest design trends, wedding trends and technology advancements.
Wage: $20-$25 per hour
