Printer Trouble Shooting
4 steps to complete when your printer is not printing.
- Do all 4 steps in this order before asking for additional help!

Reselect the Printer Output
- File > Printer Settings
- Name: > Select anything (i.e FAX) > Click OK & Close
- After closing printer settings > Open it again > Now select the correct printer (Sinfonia)
Restart Printer and Surface Pro
Is the printer on?
- Check the power cable.
- Unplug and Replug.
- Turn the printer off and on.
- Restart your Surface Pro
WINDOWS TEST PRINT
- Select Start and type “Printers & Scanners” in the Search box.
- Choose Print Test Page. To print a test page in Windows 10
REPLACE CORDS
- Remove the cords by unplugging the USB cord. Switch USB cable with the spare one in the printer bag.
Repeat steps 1-3 with new cords
